Tim Seeley is the writer, co-artist and co-creator of the comic book “Local Man,” published by Image Comics. Seeley has also worked on mainstream comics, including G.I. Joe and Nightwing. He grew up in Ringle and now lives in Chicago, where he teaches illustration courses as an adjunct professor at Columbia College.
