Tim Kratz is the director of the University of Wisconsin Trout Lake Station, which is part of the Center for Limnology on the UW-Madison campus. His research interests include the long-term, regional ecology of lakes, the interactions between people and lakes, and wetland ecology. He has been involved with the Little Rock Lake research projects since the beginning in 1983.
