Terry E. Arnold

Terry E. Arnold of Stevens Point is a retired Senior Foreign Service Officer of the U.S. State Department who served as a diplomat in Egypt and Syria, and as Chairman of the Department of International Studies of the National War College and Deputy Director of the State Department Office of Counterterrorism and Emergency Management. He is the author and co-author of six books on politically motivated violence, including Fighting Back – Winning the War on Terrorism, A World Less Safe, and Let’s Talk About Palestine.
