Sophie Egan

Sophie Egan is the Founder of full-table solutions, which is a consulting practice for food systems transformations. Her launch portfolio is centered around the urgent need for climate action by 2030—and harnessing the positive, powerful potential contributions from food consumption and production. She is the author of the book How To Be a Conscious Eater: Making Food Choices That Are Good for You, Others and the Planet. She is based in Seattle.

She is the former director of programs and culinary nutrition for the Strategic Initiatives Group at The Culinary Institute of America. She’s also the author of “Devoured: From Chicken Wings to Kale Smoothies—How What We Eat Defines Who We Are.”
