Shawn Ganther served in the Air Force and was involved in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Southern Watch. Shawn is best known for his piece “The Thinker,” a charcoal drawing that was featured in the Veteran Artist Program Exhibit in the Pentagon. Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Shawn has been an advocate for art therapy and self-expression as a means to treat PTSD.
