Shan Wu is a white-collar criminal defense attorney and partner at the Washington D.C. law firm Cohen Seglias Pallas, Greenhall and Furman PC. Wu is a former federal prosecutor and counsel for former Attorney General Janet Reno. He co-authored the report “Wisconsin Case Study: The Potential for State Prosecutions of False Electors.”
