Scott Herrick is an attorney in private practice in Madison. His practice includes advising cooperatives of various kinds and assisting in the organizing of new cooperatives. He served on the informal work groups that reviewed our cooperative statute, Chapter 185 of the Wisconsin statutes in 1984 and again in 2015-16.
