Sarah Taber has worked in agriculture, food, and manufacturing for over twenty years. She started out on field and factory crews, then moved up to soil and veterinary diagnostics; working field and greenhouse operations with student, immigrant, and inmate crews; and food safety checks on farms. She now works with greenhouses, agricultural tech companies, and indoor farm clients to help them make safe, high-quality products, keep their workers safe, and build streamlined, clean, productive tools and facilities. Taber has a Doctor of Plant Medicine from the University of Florida, which is equivalent to a veterinarian for crops. She also credits her ability to get results for her clients to the time she’s put in doing hands-on “grunt jobs” at the intersection of agriculture, food, and manufacturing. She is the the producer and host of the Farm to Taber podcast.
