Rachel Monaco-Wilcox is the founder and CEO of LOTUS, a Milwaukee-based legal clinic for victims of trafficking and other forms of gender-based violence. She’s a frequent speaker and trainer on victims’ rights, human trafficking, dispute resolution and systems change. She also organizes “Untold Stories,” a workshop that offers survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking a way to recover from their trauma through writing.
