Rachel Bouressa is a fifth generation farmer who operates the Bouressa Family Farm in Waupaca County in central Wisconsin. She’s also a grazing specialist and the vice president of GrassWorks, a non-profit network that provides education to farmers and consumers about the benefits of managed grazing.
