Peter Rhee is the Chief of Trauma Critical Care and Emergency Surgery at the University of Arizona Medical Center. On January 11th, he was the attending physician for US. Representative Gabrielle Giffords. He’s the author of “Trauma Red: The Making of a Surgeon in War and in America’s Cities.”
