Peter H. Kwong is a chef, author, and local celebrity based out of St Croix Falls, Wisconsin. He writes a weekly column, “Wok and Roll,” for the Leader/Register, and he is excited to be publishing his first two books. He has a wealth of culinary knowledge; consulting local restaurants, teaching cooking classes through continuing education programs, and donating his acclaimed “Dinner and Songs” to raise money for charitable causes. He enjoys expressing himself musically, singing in the Indianhead Barbershop Chorus, and offering his guitar and vocal talents on Sundays at Hope – Cochrane UCC while his wife, Reverend Colleen Kwong leads the service.
