Paul Zelenski had been a beekeeper for about 10 years, he started when he bought a house in the country. His bees kept surviving winter, and so he expanded each year until he had too many bees to keep while working in a cubicle, so he quit to have move fun working outside. Since then, he’s been trying to breed and supply locally adapted bees.
