Paul Arguin is physician, baker, and author. Since 2011, he and his husband, Chris, have won more than 600 awards for their baking, including Best of Show at the American Pie Council’s National Pie Championship. He is the co-author of The New Pie (March 2019), a cookbook featuring pies made with modern flavors and techniques. Paul is originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He and Chris can be found on social media at @FlourSugarButter.
