Pam Guthman is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing and Sciences at UW-Eau Claire. She’s worked as a public health nurse for decades. She’s part of a statewide effort that resulted in the Wisconsin Public Health Association declaring that racism is a public health crisis in Wisconsin.
