P. David “Dave” Allen II is a retired wildlife biologist. He worked for Stratus Consulting for 12 years ending in 2013. Before that, he spent nine years with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, during which he wrote the natural resource damage assessment regarding harmful PCBs present in the Fox River and bay of Green Bay. Allen co-authored the book “Paper Valley: The Fight for the Fox River Cleanup,” published in April by Wayne State University Press. He is a musician currently living in Marquette, Michigan.
