Oriana Skylar Mastro is a Center Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University, where she specializes in Chinese military and security policy. She’s also a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at American Enterprise Institute. She’s author of the book The Costs of Conversation: Obstacle to Peace Talks in Wartime.
