Nate Otto is from Altoona and is running as a Democrat for the 68th Assembly District, which is located in west central Wisconsin. Mr. Otto is an adjunct instructor at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, where he is also a County Supervisor. He holds a masters degree in public policy.
