Michele Rathke is the State Commander for the Wisconsin Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). She’s a U.S Air Force veteran who served 20 years of active duty. She’s been a member of the VFW for more than 17 years. She represents Post 1638 in Merrill, Wisconsin
