Megan McCracken is the Eighth Amendment Resource Counsel with the U.C. Berkeley School of Law’s Death Penalty Clinic. She provides litigation support and expert consultation to attorneys who are challenging lethal injection practices. Megan was formerly an assistant federal defender in the Capita Habeas Unit of the Federal Community Defender in Philadelphia. She graduated from NYU School of Law, where she was awarded the Ann Petluck Poses prize for outstanding advocacy on behalf of clinical clients.
