Mark Moline is one of the founding partners of Project RECOVER. He is director of the School of Marine Science and Policy within the University of Delaware’s College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment.
He is an oceanographer by training and an early adopter of using autonomous underwater vehicles and other environmental technology to address topics of organism distribution and scale in the marine environment. Among numerous awards, Moline is the recipient of the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers and served as the Fulbright Distinguished Arctic Chair.
Moline earned his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College, Northfield MN and doctoral degree from University of California, Santa Barbara.
