Marion Nestle is a professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health and a Professor of Sociology at New York University.Her other books include “Why Calories Count: From Science to Politics” and “Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health.” Her most recent book is “Soda Politics: Taking on Big Soda (And Winning).”
