Lee Rasch is founder and Executive Director of LeaderEthics Wisconsin, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization committed to promoting principles of ethical leadership among elected officials. He is also the chair of the La Crosse Friends of Cameroon and the former president of Western Technical College from 1989-2017.
