Lawrence Dale is a Democratic primary candidate in the 2020 Special Election race for the 7th Congressional District. Dale is an insurance professional and Vietnam veteran who previously ran for the seat as a Green Party candidate in 2014 and for Wisconsin State Assembly District 34 as a Democrat in 2016.
