She is a Finance & Fundraising Team Volunteer for the environmental group 350 Madison. She is also a research assistant at the Center on Wisconsin Strategy, directing the first individual-level, cross-sectional survey of cooperative worker-owners in the U.S. on behalf of the Democracy at Work Institute (DAWI).
