Kristin Fountaine is a Senior Rehabilitation Specialist for the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services-Office for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Kristin has a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling, and has worked as an itinerant Rehabilitation Specialist for over twenty-two years. She is currently assigned to provide rehabilitation service to persons in Columbia, Dane, Green, and Rock counties.
