As the senior director of Project: Time Off, Katie is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the initiative. Katie leads the development and execution of the research agenda, manages sponsorships and special programs, and provides guidance on communications. As the lead for Project: Time Off research, she is an expert on America’s vacation culture. She is also responsible for taking all of her vacation time and encouraging her team to do the same. It is her favorite duty.
