Kate Bauer has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Professional Counseling and works for the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation as a Counselor. She is co-director of Camp To Belong -Wisconsin a nonprofit organization that reunites siblings separated by the foster care system.
