Jordan Foley

From Washington State University:

Jordan is an assistant professor in the Journalism and Media Production department in the Murrow College. His research is centrally motivated by a desire to understand the flow of political information through digital communication ecologies over time and study its impact on public opinion and democratic governance. Coming from a background in rhetoric and argumentation, Jordan combines his passion for political debate with computational social science techniques to help others understand and navigate our increasingly complex and fragmented political information environment. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his M.A. in Communication Studies from Wake Forest University.
