Jonathan Hope is a professor of English at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. In August of 2018, he will be joining the English department at Arizona State University. He is the author of Shakespeare’s Grammar, The Authorship of Shakespeare’s Plays and Shakespeare and Language: Reason, Eloquence and Artifice in the Renaissance.
