Professor of economics at the University of Chicago and research associate at the National Bureau of Economics. He’s a native of Madison, Wisconsin, and received his bachelor’s degree at UW-Stevens Point. His most recent book, which he authored with Uri Gneezy, is “The Why Axis: Hidden Motives and the Undiscovered Economics of Everyday Life.”
