Dr. Jason Horowitz practices Psychology with UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Horowitz earned his PhD at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and completed a fellowship at the University of Minnesota. As a staff psychologist, Dr. Horowicz is interested in depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, and prevention of mental health problems.
