Janet McCord is the director of the thanatology program at Edgewood College in Madison, which starts in the fall. She has been a thanatologist and suicidologist for nearly thirty years. She was previously the president of the Association for Death Education and Counseling and is on the board today. She is a member of the International Work Group on Death, Dying and Bereavement.
