Jamie Konopacky is founder and senior attorney at the Center for Watershed Solutions. A consulting firm that works with stakeholders to implement partnerships and policies that decrease nutrient pollution. She has worked with the city of Green Bay, stakeholders in D-C, and was a fellow at Harvard where she worked with governmental stakeholders and published on Watershed Solutions.
