Gay A Bradshaw

G. A. (Gay) Bradshaw, is founder and Executive Director of The Kerulos Center. She holds doctoral degrees in ecology and psychology and a masters in geophysics. She has published, taught and lectured in these fields in the US and internationally. Her establishment of the field of trans-species psychology— the theory and practice animal psychological rehabilitation and conservation—began with the discovery of PTSD in wild elephant. She has written about this in her book, Elephants on the Edge: What Animals Teach Us About Humanity. Her most recent work is Carnivore Minds: Who These Fearsome Animals Really Are.
