Gary S. Casper

Gary S. Casper, Ph.D., is owner of Great Lakes Ecological Services, LLC, an Associate Scientist with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Field Station, and an Adjunct of the Graduate Faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. One of the original founders of the Declining Amphibian Populations Task Force, he also founded and currently co-chairs Wisconsin Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation.
Gary has been studying amphibians in the Upper Midwest for over 45 years. He developed and currently administers the amphibian monitoring program for the National Park Service’s Great Lakes Inventory and Monitoring Network, and enjoys playing guitar in his spare time.
