Gary Jones is a writer and journalist. He’s the author of Ridge Stories: Herding Hens, Powdering Pigs, and Other Recollections from a Boyhood in the Driftless. Gary Jones taught English at both the high school and collegiate level. He was an English professor at UW-Platteville. Jones has written for several Door County and Milwaukee newspapers and published poetry, fiction and plays.
