Evan Feinauer is staff attorney at Clean Wisconsin, which filed a challenge last week to a wetland fill in northern Monroe County. Before joining Clean Wisconsin, Evan worked as a Litigation Fellow with the Natural Resources Defense Council, where he worked on litigation related to the Safe Water Drinking Act in response to the Flint lead crisis.
