Ellen Flenniken is the managing director of development for the Drug Policy Alliance, which seeks to reduce the harm of both drug use and drug prohibition policies. Prior to working for the Alliance, Ellen helped lead Oregon’s successful campaign to regulate, legalize and tax marijuana.
