Eli Rivera is the Co-founder and C-E-O of The Way Out, an organization dedicated to employing formerly incarcerated people.
As an ex-felon, Eli experienced firsthand the challenges associated with seeking employment with a felony conviction. After being released from incarceration in 2000 Eli Rivera has focused his work on employing formerly incarcerated people. He is a life coach, mentor and entrepreneur. Eli Rivera is a member of the Study Committee on Increasing Offender Employment Opportunities.
