Chef Edward Lee was born in Korea, raised in Brooklyn, New York, and spent the last 15 years living in the South. He’s been nominated for a James Beard award several times, appeared on the show “Iron Chef”, and his most recent book is called “Buttermilk Graffiti: A Chef’s Journey to Discover America’s New Melting-Pot Cuisine”.
