Duey Stroebel

Stroebel’s state Assembly bio:

I was born and raised in Cedarburg, and after graduating from Cedarburg High School, I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I took my first job at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation in Milwaukee and proceeded to obtain a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment Analysis. In 1987, I started Terrace Realty in Cedarburg. The company is involved in residential and commercial real estate development and management.

Throughout the years I have been active in numerous business, civic, and philanthropic activities, including past president of the Greater Cedarburg Foundation, former director of Ozaukee Bank (now Harris Bank), and former member of the Town of Cedarburg Planning Commission. Currently, I am an active member of the Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce, the Ozaukee Realtors Association, the City of Cedarburg Downtown Ad Hoc Committee, the President’s Council at Concordia University, and the Republican Party of Wisconsin.

My wife, Laura, and I have eight children, ranging in ages from 6 to 21 years old. In my spare time I enjoy coaching youth sports, running, hunting, participating in 4-H Leadership, and assisting at First Immanuel Lutheran Church and School in Cedarburg.
I believe that we need strong conservative leadership in Madison, and I look forward to the task. My goal is not to be a career politician; I will always remain a husband, father, and businessman. I want to ensure the conservative agenda is implemented during this pivotal point in time. I want my children–and all young people–to believe Wisconsin is a place they can succeed and raise a family.
