Dr. Guthro serves as the highest clinical leader at North Central Health care and provides leadership, vision, and direction in clinical service delivery. He also monitors and evaluates programs, policies and procedures. He is an assistant professor and the director of residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin Central Wisconsin Psychiatry Program.
