Dr. David Allen is a professor of pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes at UW-Madison’s School of Medicine and Public Health. He is chief of the division of Pediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology, director of the Pediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology fellowship training program, and the past-president of The Pediatric Endocrine Society.
