Doug Reinemann is a Professor in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin Madison and the Associate Dean for Extension and Outreach. He is also a member of the Midwest Rural Energy Council. Has worked with the MREC for 28 years on educational programming, including training stray voltage investigators. He has done research on the effects of electrical exposure on cows. He has also advised the public service commission of Wisconsin on animal response levels and investigated methods for the stray voltage rules that have been in place in Wisconsin since the early 1990’s.
