Doug Chapin is the director of the Program for Excellence in Election Administration. He previously served at The Pew Charitable Trusts as director of Election Initiatives for the Pew Center on the States. He holds a law degree from Georgetown University, a master of public administration degree from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and an A.B. in politics from Princeton University.
