Diana Konkle is a nutritionist and educator, former restaurant and bakery owner, and host of the TV show, “In the Kitchen with Diana.”
She owned and operated Diana’s Confection Connection in Sun Prairie, WI for 26 years. After selling her business, she became focused on health and discovered the negative impact that hybridized flours and sugar have on the body. She reformulated her famous recipes into better-for-you versions in her book “Baking with Einkorn: Modern Recipes for an Ancient Grain.”
