Chef Dave Heide runs two restaurants- Lilliana’s in Fitchburg, which is named for his daughter and Charlie’s on Main in Oregon, named for his son. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, he has worked at a Michelin starred restaurant in California as well as several restaurants in the Madison area.
