Dan Vimont

Dan Vimont is an Associate Professor of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a member of the Nelson Institute Center for Climatic Research, and a Co-chair of the Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts (or, WICCI – pronounced like ‘wiki’). Dan’s research is in climate variability and climate change. He is actively involved in the Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts, which aims to better understand how Wisconsin can anticipate and adapt to climate change.
