Dale Leidheiser is the State Program Director for 4-H Youth Development and has been a youth development professional for 36 years. The first seven years of his career were spent as a 4-H agent in Columbia County. He then moved to Colorado for 27 years as an agent and volunteer development specialist in 4-H. Dale returned to Wisconsin two years ago to provide leadership to our statewide program.
